LWA Board meetings are held every other Wednesday at 9 am at the address below (unless posted otherwise). Meetings are open to the public. You may contact our office for a schedule of meeting dates if desired.

After review of our water and sewer rates it has been determined that the LWA is in need of a rate increase to deal with inflation and the rising costs of goods and services. The rate increase will be an overall increase of $3.00 per month, making the minimum monthly service charge $73.25. The rate increase will be effective with your invoice payable January 15, 2025.
