To ensure the continued reliability, safety, and quality of your water service, the Authority will be implementing the following plan with minimal rate increases in the upcoming years. These adjustments are necessary to cover the rising costs of operations and to fund important upgrades that will maintain and improve our infrastructure for years to come.
Effective with your invoice payable on January 15, 2026, the minimum monthly water rate for 3,000 gallons is $39.74 and the monthly flat fee sewer rate is $35.01. A complete schedule of charges for 2026 is also available on this website.
